Dear My Caterer,

Alcatel-Lucent wanted to thank you for the incredible catering services that you provide. The 2 different setups (Mediterranean & Mexican) were beautifully decorated and helped to portray the type of foods from those cultures.

There were over 2600 people present at the event and even after all of the prizes that we gave away including all the cake that we ate and the beverages that we drank, the food was the most memorable aspect of the event !

Guest’s were highly surprised with the food quality as they are use to hotdogs & hamburgers for these types of gatherings. Stepping up with your menu showed the employees that we wanted to have the best food for them.

We’ve used your services 2 years ago for our corporate event which hosted about 800 people and that was a huge success. The board committee was concerned that with this event, there was threefold the amount. I assured them that you could handle the challenge and you came through (and I had no doubt) in a big way.

Right from the initial contact I was impressed by your enthusiasm and personal efforts to find ways to make the evening a special one, and to incorporate details that would help to highlight the 1940′s theme we had selected. Your creativity was evident that evening both in food, and in the way it was presented. Thank you for going the extra mile to add the distinctive touches that really pulled the theme together.

I also appreciated your flexibility and willingness to adapt the menu to suit the needs of our group. The food itself was of great variety (something for everyone). and very well prepared. the whole experience could not have been better.

Based on the feedback by a number of the delegates, they were impressed with the lunch, a number of them complimenting on the freshness of the food especially the mini buns and the selection of cold cuts you used.

I tasted the food and thought it was really excellent.

Erin commented several times on how good the catering was, both in terms of food and as well on the very professional way in which the server handled everything. He worked very quietly – we didnt even realize that he was there, and he cleaned up very regularly, so there was no empty of dirty dishes lying around. This made things look very clean and well organized. He also went through a lot of trouble putting nice tablecloths, skirts, and autmn-like decorations. Everything was much appreciated.
Even Dr. Gaffield said thank you for the arrangements, so did Mr. Paul Bates, who is the chair of the commitee.

I think back to Celina, my daughter, saying – “look no further, My Caterer is the one”… She was right and there are absolutely no regrets.

You went out of your way to connect the theme – what an artistic touch (especially the Coca Cola sign!).

Compliments were pouring in all night on how tasty the food was, not to mention the generous servings. You were right – you did not run out of food and there was enough to feed us for a week. Your staff went out of their way to package the food for us – we very much enjoyed the leftovers during the sunny and beautiful long weekend – thank you!

You, Yashin and the staff provided phenomenal service … you made a point to ask if we were happy and if there was anything we needed. Thank you for treating the event like it one of your own. Please relay to your staff our gratitude and appreciation.

There were a number of dietary needs that had to be met including vegetarian meals, Kosher meals and meals that had to address a number of food allergies. Besides these concerns, My Caterer had to provide foods for the very diverse tastes of children adolescents and adults.

Not only was the food fabulous but the presentation of the food both at the kiddush luncheon as well as the evening party were “pieces of art”.

Every detail from fruit plates to the desserts were amazing. The saddle and sombrero for the Mexican Food Station were quite a hit!

I would recommend My Caterer without hesitation.

I am overjoyed that I chose them to cater my wedding. Met was very professional and accommodating. He ensured that all of our needs were met, and in fact, surpassed our expectations. The room was beautifully set up, and the food was fantastic. I could tell from the moment that I entered our reception the amount of work and are that was put into making it perfect. The staff were exceptional: all professional, very friendly, and discreet (I didn’t even notice them tearing down the food stations which were scattered around the entire reception hall!!).
